THE BRIEF
Client Fanatics International, the official merchandise partner for the UEFA Under-21 EURO Finals, contracted Cube to deliver an event structure and retail operation solution, including staff, logistics, branding, on-event operations for each group, semi-final and final match. The matches were held in Italy, at six venues. During the group stages, two matches were scheduled each day, in two different stadia.

WHAT WE DID
Contracted to provide the retail infrastructure, merchandise sales and stock management on site, Cube supplied two teams of on-event retail staff, as well as the required transport, pop-up structures, associated branding and retail displays, for each match. The 6m x 3m pop up structures utilised at each stadium needed to be easy to erect and dismantle – an essential requisite for this transient, low revenue, multi-venue tournament.

At each stadium, the pop-up structures were installed to allow maximum coverage around the stadiums and ensure all visiting fans were able to access the official merchandise with ease and within minimum queuing time. Maximum branding and superior fitouts of each structure was also ensured, together with stock take management and control at the end of each day.
