Cube delivers F1Store at Formula One Grand Prix venues worldwide

Cube is proud to be part of the Formula One World Championship. In 2018 we delivered retail structures, event planning, implementation and on-event support for both the event organisers, Formula One Management (FOM), and the official F1 merchandiser, Fanatics International, at F1 events globally.

THE BRIEF
Following the success of pilot projects, managed by Cube, in 2017 we were contracted by Fanatics to build, set up, implement, manage and support the official F1 merchandise retail operation at 14 Formula One World Championship Grand Prix venues.

WHAT WE DID
Cube supplied, built and managed event retail structures, pop-up shops and display units in the Fan Zones and Paddock Clubs at 14 Grand Prix venues.

In total, 130 pop-up retail structures were in operation across the fourteen F1 events. We also project managed the design, installation and operation of the official F1Store at 9 of these events.

At each venue, we managed the build and shop fit-outs, installed the branding and supported the retail operation. In addition, we ensured stakeholder engagement with circuit promoters, FOM and local authorities, provided health & safety management and compliance expertise and delivered on-site solutions and operational guidance.

As on-event retail and logistics specialists, Cube was instrumental in the delivery of the 2018 F1 retail programme.

THE RETAIL STRUCTURES WE PROVIDED
Cube supplied 50m x 20m F1 superstores and multiple 10m x 5m walk up satellite stores across the Grand Prix circuit venues. Cube also installed a bespoke retail unit within the Paddock Club.
